Data deletion and disconnecting
How to disconnect an Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube or TikTok account, how to ask us to delete your data, what we delete, and how long it takes.
What you can ask for
- Disconnect one publishing account (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube or TikTok) and keep your account with us.
- Delete what we stored about a connected account: the access token, credentials and the stored profile.
- Delete your whole account on the TRS platform and the Living app, and what you wrote in them.
Fastest way: disconnect yourself
- Sign in to the TRS platform at trs.oracleid.app.
- Open Settings, Connections and pick the connected account.
- Press Disconnect and confirm.
When you disconnect we delete the access token, the stored credentials and the profile we stored for that account from our store. Nothing is published to it afterwards. To invalidate the token at the platform itself, use the next section.
Remove the permission on the platform
You can revoke the app permission inside each platform. The token stops working immediately, even if you never open our platform:

Ask us to delete your data or account
- Write from the e-mail registered with us to info@oracleid.app, or use the support page.
- Use the subject "Data deletion request" and say which publishing account (and platform) or whether you want your whole account deleted.
- We may ask you to prove your identity to protect your data, and we will confirm that we received the request.
We reply within 30 days and delete the account within 30 days of your confirmed request.
What we delete and what we keep

Posts that were already published on your accounts stay on the platform itself. Delete them inside the platform if you want them removed.
